My Story
The Vintage & Young Story
Vintage & Young began with a lifelong appreciation for things that have already lived a little.
I’m Jeffrey Young, founder of Vintage & Young. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to old garages, forgotten barns, antique shows, classic machines, weathered signs, and the stories hidden inside things made years before I found them.
It has never been about collecting something simply because it is old. It is about the feeling those objects carry—the craftsmanship, character, and history that cannot be manufactured overnight.
That appreciation became the foundation for Vintage & Young.
What began with antiques and vintage-inspired apparel has grown into something bigger: a celebration of the American lifestyle that surrounds them. Garage weekends. Open roads. Early mornings at the diner. Cape Cod summers. Old music playing in the background. Working with your hands. Taking the scenic route and making time for good company.
Vintage & Young is built for people who believe the best things in life should feel personal, useful, and made to last.
Our designs draw inspiration from the hand-painted signs, workwear, roadside advertisements, garages, racing culture, and travel graphics of the 1940s through the 1960s. We bring that character into the present without trying to make it polished or perfect. The worn edges, imperfect lines, and familiar imagery are part of the story.
Although hot rods, motorcycles, and old machinery will always be part of our roots, Vintage & Young is about more than what sits inside the garage.
It is for the people who still fix things.
The people who keep old traditions alive.
The people who appreciate a well-worn shirt, a well-made object, a long drive with no schedule, and a place where the garage door is always open.
Born on Cape Cod and inspired by vintage America, Vintage & Young is creating a world where the past is not treated like a museum piece. It is worn, used, shared, and carried forward.
We are building more than a clothing company. We are building a gathering place for old souls—a brand shaped by good stories, meaningful objects, open roads, and the belief that some old ways are still worth keeping.
